These terms explain how BuBird should be used across browser tools, games, apps, learning pages, blogs, topics, accounts, and future product features.

1. Acceptance of these terms
By using BuBird, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website, tools, apps, games, learning content, blog pages, topic pages, or account-based features.
2. What BuBird offers
BuBird provides browser-first tools, apps, games, learning experiences, and content. Tools may include image tools, PDF tools, audio tools, video tools, developer tools, IT utilities, AI-assisted features, calculators, converters, generators, and workflow apps. More categories may be added as BuBird grows.
3. Your responsibility for files and outputs
You are responsible for the files you upload or process and for how you use the results. Keep backup copies before editing, compressing, converting, merging, splitting, or exporting files. Tool outputs should be reviewed before you rely on them for business, legal, medical, financial, academic, or production use.
4. Account use
Some features may require sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure, using accurate information, and not sharing access in a way that creates misuse. We may limit, suspend, or remove access if an account is used for abuse, spam, illegal activity, or attempts to harm BuBird or its users.
5. User content and publishing
If BuBird allows you to post, submit, store, or publish content, you must have the rights to that content. Do not submit illegal, harmful, misleading, abusive, private, copyrighted, or sensitive material unless you have permission and the feature is designed for that purpose.
6. Games, apps, and learning content
Games are provided for entertainment and practice. Learning apps, blogs, and topic pages are for general information and education. They should not replace professional advice. App and game features may change, improve, or be removed as the platform evolves.
7. AI-assisted and automated features
AI or automated outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing generated text, media, code, summaries, conversions, and recommendations before using or publishing them.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use BuBird to attack systems, bypass security, distribute malware, violate privacy, infringe rights, scrape at abusive scale, spam, impersonate others, or process content you are not allowed to use. Developer and IT tools are provided for legitimate learning, testing, and productivity workflows.
9. Availability and changes
BuBird may update, redesign, pause, remove, or limit any feature at any time. We try to keep useful tools stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or compatibility with every browser, device, file type, or future operating system.
