ERF (Epson RAW Format) is Epson's proprietary RAW format used exclusively in the Epson R-D1 and R-D1s digital rangefinder cameras, produced from 2004–2009. The R-D1 was historically significant as the world's first digital rangefinder camera, accepting Leica M-mount lenses. It used a Seitz Phototechnik/Cosina-manufactured sensor and body, making ERF files quite rare.
